June 30, 2026 at 3:53 pmKevin has been our go-to drywall guy at Trimble Run for the past 5+ years. He always had a smile, was very accommodating, respectful of the residents, had a good work ethic, did a great job never receiving one complaint. He will be missed and hard to replace. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family.

July 1, 2026 at 5:33 pmI’m so sad to hear this. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin “Oz” for a couple years and we had a lot of fun on the job. He taught me about masonry and some guitar basics. He was such a great guy and worker. It’s heartbreaking to hear this. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
