Eleanor M. Boccella, 77, passed away March 3, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Chester, Pa, she was a resident of Foxville Villas in Garnet Valley for the last year. She had been a long time resident of Wallingford and Brookhaven, Pa. She was a 1954 graduate of Notre Dame High School and graduated from the St. Francis School of Nursing. She was an RN at Crozer Chester Medical Center for 35 years before her retirement. Eleanor was a religious woman and was an active member of St. John Chrysostom Church. She really enjoyed going to lunch monthly with her friends and going to Atlantic City. She was an avid reader and adored her dog, Rizzo. She was very much devoted to her family and loved nothing more than spending time with them. She was predeceased by her parents Frances and Thomas Clark.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years Michael Boccella; her children Larry Pascale (Melissa), Mark Pascale (Heather), Steve Pascale (Audrey), Patty Talarico, Debi Boccella, Michael Boccella (Janine), Anthony Boccella (Diane), Cindy Laughlin (Chuck); her siblings Thomas Clark, Charles Clark, Catherine Crossett, and Margaret Moyer; 21 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral mass Saturday 10:30am at St. John Chrysostom Church, 615 Providence Rd., Wallingford, Pa, 19086. Visitation Saturday 9am-10:30 at the church. Interment private.
