Theresa F. Toniazzo, 86, passed away May 31, 2012 at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Media, Pa. Born in Philadelphia, Pa, she was a long time resident of South West Philadelphia before moving to Brookhaven, Pa, 20 years ago. She graduated from West Catholic High School, class of 1944. She worked for the Common Wealth of Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Appraiser. She loved going on trips to the Jersey Shore and was an avid reader. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was predeceased by her parents Stella and Thomas Butler and her siblings Anna, Margaret, and Thomas. She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years Peter Toniazzo; her children Peter (Melanie) Toniazzo of Texas, Estella (PJ) Toniazzo of Philadelphia, Pa, and Maryann (Ed) Toniazzo of Springfield, Pa; her sister Isabell Kelley of Berwyn; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Funeral service Monday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Monday 9-11am at the funeral home. Burial private.
