Richard Torres, Jr. June 1, 1958 - April 2, 2024

Richard Torres, Jr. age 65, passed away peacefully and went home with the Lord on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

He was born June 1st, 1958, in Chester, Pa. and was a longtime resident of Brookhaven. Rich was employed by Taylor Hospital for eight years in Ridley Park and was also a talented disc jockey.

He enjoyed music, drawing, The Phillies, and was a truck enthusiast.

Richard was a wonderful person who will be remembered for his caring and loving nature. His kind heart and gentle spirit will be deeply missed.

He was predeceased by his father, Richard Torres Sr. and sister-in-law, Lisa Torres.

Richard is survived by his mother, Rosemarie (Torrice) Torres, four siblings, Dolores Marley (John), Rosemarie Zuppo (Alan), Maryann Devlin (Bernard), and Robert Torres; also surviving are his seven nieces, nine nephews, three great nieces, one great nephew extended family and many friends.

Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
