Ralph Lee Hall, Jr. February 25, 1947 - March 13, 2022

Ralph Lee Hall, Jr., age 75, of Brookhaven, Pa., passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on March 13, 2022.

He was the son of the late Ralph Lee Hall, Sr. and Marion Alexander Hall.

Ralph grew up in Parkside and graduated from Sun Valley High School. He then went on to earn a degree in English from West Chester University. He was employed by the Rose Tree Media School District where he taught English and Theater classes.

Ralph had a gift of music. He excelled at the piano at an early age and participated in all areas of music during his school years. He was an accomplished musician and composer who could play many instruments including clarinet in the Marching Band, also organ and piano in local churches and venues. He retired as organist and choir director after 60 years at Parkside United Methodist Church, Trinity Methodist Church, Chester, and Second Presbyterian, Chester.

He enjoyed playing all types of games, loved participating and directing plays and cantatas, and was a master of the computer. Ralph loved flowers and had a green thumb raising exotic orchids. He adored his dogs: Toby and Megan

Ralph is survived by his sister, Marrie Cassidy, and brother-in-law, Richard Cassidy Sr.; nieces and nephews: Joanne Kutulakis, Janice and Joe Drescher and Richard and Jenny Cassidy; and seven grandnieces and grandnephews: Alexandra Kutulakis, Dylan and Trevor Drescher, Maggie, Quinn, Noah and Sarah Cassidy.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Life Celebration on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA, where you can greet the family starting at 10:30 am followed by his service at 11:00 am.

Burial: Chester Rural Cemetery, Chester, Pa.
