Patricia J. Borda, 70, passed away peacefully at her home on July 14, 2015. Born in Chester, she was a lifelong resident of Delaware County having lived in Aston for 15 years and the last 26 years in Brookhaven, Pa. She was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1962. She was formerly involved in the PTL of Green Ridge Elementary where she made lasting friendships. Pat was an extremely loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be sorely missed. She also had a great love for her dogs. She was predeceased by her parents William and Frances Turnbull.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years Charles Borda; daughter Jennifer Borda and her husband Willem Verweij; son Michael Borda and his wife Kristin Borda; sister Judy Loynds and her husband Richie; her granddaughter Drew Verweij; and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will take place Friday July 31, 2015 at 12 noon at the Ballrooms at Boothwyn, 1405 Meetinghouse Rd., Upper Chichester, Pa, 19061.
