Jeffrey Long, Sr., 69, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2024. He previously resided in Havertown, PA, and most recently lived in West Chester. He was a graduate of Lower Merion High School and Marietta College. He was a loving father of 2 boys and husband to Violet Long. Jeff was an avid fisherman and hunter, loved camping in the white mountains and spending time with his dogs.

She also attended Philadelphia Community College and graduated with honors as a dental hygienist. Most recently, she was a resident of Swedesboro, NJ.

Steve was a talented musician and enjoyed playing his guitar every Sunday on the worship team at Resurrection Life Church. He enjoyed having family time with Deb and his girls. He loved all things outdoors. Steve was a funny guy with a dry sense of humor. We all miss him so much already.

John Vincent Sauers, 70 years old, of West Goshen Township, West Chester, Chester County, PA died on May 20, 2024, from an anoxic brain injury from COPD. John had also been battling bladder and prostate cancer for 8+ years. Gary A. Scheib, 70, passed away June 18, 2024, at Lankenau Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia and resided there most of his life. He had a strong love for the city and its sports teams, especially the Eagles and Phillies. 12 years ago, he moved to Parkside with his sister. He enjoyed tv and loved to travel, especially his last few trips to California. He worked for the Marriott in Center City as well as the Sheraton Suites.

John Richard Semcheski, 80, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2024, in Pembroke Pines, FL. Born April 15, 1943, in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he grew up in Chester, PA. He also resided in Virginia and Maryland before moving to Miramar, FL. He was a graduate of Chester High School and Temple University School of Pharmacy. He worked as a pharmacist for Bethesda Naval Hospital and the Georgetown University Medical Center.
He was extremely interested in his family heritage and genealogy, and also really enjoyed listening to music. He loved nothing more than being surrounded by family and friends and loved his visits to Parkside and Galeton, PA.

Lorraine A. Clark, age 82, of Westtown, PA passed away surrounded by her family on May 13, 2024.
She was born in Wilkes Barre, raised in Brookhaven, and graduated from Notre Dame High School in Moylan. She retired from Scott Paper in 1996. Lorraine enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, and being with family and friends, but most of all she loved and cherished her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, J. Carroll and Gertrude Bowling.
Lorriane is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Thomas J. Clark; her children, Thomas (Julie) Clark, Colleen (Terry) Conroy, and Karen Province; grandchildren, Thomas “TJ” (Miranda) Clark, Meghan Clark, Casey Cappelli, Brennan & Owen Conroy, Chloe & Chase Province.

James Townsend, 70, passed away peacefully at Riddle Memorial Hospital on May 5, 2024, after a short illness. A resident of Media, he was born and raised in Philadelphia. He was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and went on to work for Citizens Bank, then Atlantic Aviation for 22 years before his retirement. During his retirement years, he enjoyed working at the Springhaven Country Club.
