Joseph P. Leithman, 85,

passed away March 7, 2009 at White Horse Health Care, Hammonton, NJ.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa,

he resided in Brookhaven, Pa, for the past 26 years. He previously resided in Woodlyn, Pa. He attended South Catholic High School, Philadelphia, Pa. He worked for the Veterans Administration in heating and air conditioning. He was a member of Our Lady of Charity Church, Brookhaven, Pa and the Neptune’s Society. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, WWII. He is the son of the late Julia and Joseph Leithman. He was the brother of Joan Carter of Smithville, NJ. Funeral service will be held Wednesday 10am at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015

Friends may call Wednesday 9-10 at the church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Darby, Pa.
