John P. Temple Jr., 75,
passed away May 5, 2008 at Salisbury Rehab and Nursing Center, Salisbury, Md.
Born in Shreveport, LA, he has resided in Salisbury, Md, for the past year. Prior to that he was a long time resident of Aston, Pa.
He attended Pennsylvania Military College, Chester, Pa. He retired in 1993 from Scott Paper after 27 years of service. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was the son of the late John P. and Charlotte Temple. He was the loving husband of Ella Temple nee Hall.
He was the father of Richard Temple, Media, Pa, Veronica Temple of Downingtown, Pa, and Patricia Davis of Salisbury, Md.
He was the grandchild of 1.
Funeral Service will be held 11am Saturday at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015.
Friends may call 10-11am Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
