Joan T. Fetzer, 79, passed away June 17, 2013 at Brinton Manor, Glen Mills, Pa. Born in Philadelphia, Pa, she has been a resident of Brookhaven, Pa, since 1959. She was a Court Clerk for the Delaware County Courthouse, Media, Pa for over 20 years before her retirement. She was very involved in local politics and the Delaware County Republican Party. She was predeceased by her mother Frances Hoover.
She is survived by her sons Kurt Fetzer and James Fetzer; sister Grace Peronne; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Monday 10:30am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Monday 9:30-10:30am at the funeral home.
