Elizabeth M. “Liz” Baselice Handley, 67 of Aston, died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, she resided in Delaware County since 1976. She retired after 14 years at Comcast as a customer service representative. Daughter of the late Joseph J. and Rose DiDomenico Baselice, sister of the late Joseph, Michael, James, Rosemarie, and Genevieve. She is survived by her husband Edward Handley, two sons and daughters-in-law Franny and Kelly Marigliano and Steven and Amanda Marigliano, two daughters and son-in-law Beth and Sal Carilla and Lori Marigliano, five brothers Louis, Charles, Anthony, Thomas, and Frank Baselice, and nine grandchildren Tracey, Crystal, Nicholas, Marysa, Adessa, and Steven Marigliano, and Amanda, Samantha and Alyssa Carilla, and also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am at Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa. Family and friends may call 7-9pm Friday at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015 and also Saturday morning 8:30-9:00am. Burial will follow SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, Pa, 19064.
