Eleanor L. Murray July 7, 1929 - July 25, 2011

Eleanor L. Murray (nee Townsend), 81, passed away July 25, 2011 at her home. Born in Chester, Pa, she was a resident of Brookhaven, Pa, for the past 50 years. She graduated from Notre Dame High School. She was an active member of Our Lady of Charity Church, Brookhaven, Pa. She was the beloved wife of the late Granville Murray. She was the loving mother of John Murray of Ohio, and Patricia Murray of Aston, Pa. Funeral service will be held Tuesday 10:30am at Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Tuesday 9:30-10:30 at the church. Interment St. Thomas the Apostle, Glen Mills, Pa. Donations can be made to the Delaware County SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, Pa, 19063.
