Donald P. Moretti Jr., 64, passed away July 22, 2014 at his home. Born in Chester, Pa, he resided in Wilmington, De, Aston, Pa, and Boothwyn, Pa, before moving to Claymont, De, a year and a half ago. He was a graduate of Chester High School. He was the owner of Custom Kitchen and Baths. Don was a member of The Lion’s Club, was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed shooting pool. He loved spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his father Donald Moretti Sr. and his sister Margaret Jackson.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years Ruth Moretti; his mother Iva Mastro; children Donald Moretti III and Irma Winchester; step children Anthony Fernandez and Tanya Rush (nee Walls); brothers Robert, Michael, and Donald Moretti; sister Diane Moyer; 5 grandchildren.
Memorial service Wednesday July 30, 2014 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Wednesday 10-11am at the funeral home. Interment private.
