William C. Crossett March 19, 1931 - May 23, 2007

William C. Crossett Jr., 76, passed away May 23, 2007 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. Born in Chester, Pa, he was a resident of Glen Mills for the past 2 1/2 years. Prior to this he lived in Westtown for 31 years and Brookhaven for 11 yrs. He was a graduate of Chester High School. He worked for Sun Oil Company until his retirement after 41 years. After retiring he worked for Corestates and Wachovia for 10 years. He was a member of the Sun Oil Sapphire Club. He loved to travel and spend time with his family. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War Conflict. He was the brother of the late Jean Kiefer. He was the beloved husband of Catherine Clark Corsett for 51 yeras. He was the loving father of William D. Crossett (Deborah) of Westtown, Pa. He was the grandfather of 2. His grandchildren were the light of his life. Funeral service and interment will be private. Arrangements by the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, Brookhaven, Pa.
