Wesley R. Coale January 16, 1923 - November 12, 2006

Wesley R. Coale, 83, passed away at his home on November 12, 2006. He was a resident of Parkside for 53 years and prior to that he was a resident of Trainer, Pa. He was educated at Eddystone High School. He was employed for oil and air conditioner sales by BP Peteroleum and M. Paul Payne. He also had his real estate license and worked part time at Claymont Park Golf Course. He was also the mayor of Parkside for 12 years and was a councilman for Parkside for 4 years. He belonged to the Woodlyn Baptist Church, VFW Post, Penn Lodge (masonic), and the Prkside Fire Company. He was a veteran of the US Army adn served during WWII. He was the son of the late Millard and Sybil Coale. He was the brother of the late Robert and William Coale and Elsie Fallon. He was the husband of Roberta Jones Coale of Parkside, Pa. He was the father of Patricia Donald of Middletown Twp., Pa, Sherri Bramble fo Aston, Pa, and Diane Croft of Grand Rapids, Mich. He was the brother of Teddy, Drew, Wilson, Raymond, and Howard Coale, Barbara Coale, Sybil Scott, and Helena Rausch. Grandfather of 10 and Great Grandfather of 5. Funeral service will be held Thursday 12 noon at Woodlyn Baptist Church, School Lane and MacDade Blvd., Woodlyn, Pa, 19094. Friends may call at the church Thursday 9 am to 12 pm. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to Woodlyn Baptist Church.
