Virginia Keil Whittington, 74,
passed away February 22, 2009 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. Born in Chester, Pa.
She has been a resident of Parkside, Pa, since 1972
and previously resided in Brookhaven, Pa. She has been a life-long Delaware County resident. She graduated from Media High School. She was a Book keeper for the Westinghouse for 10 years. She was a devoted homemaker. She belonged to Faith Baptist and Parkside Methodist and enjoyed Ladies Aqua Aerobics at the Springfield Junior High School. She was the wife of the late Frank A. Whittington Sr. who passed away in 1999. She was the daughter of the late George and Agnes Keil. She was the devoted mother of Frank A. Whittington Jr. of Bear, De, Paul T. Whittington of Bear, De,
and Cathy Dee Whittington of Parkside, Pa. She was the sister of the late Don Keil, Orpha Reiber and Lorraine Smith.
She was the loving grandmother of 4. Funeral service Thursday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Friends may call Thursday 9-11 at the funeral home.
