He was married to Mary McLaughlin Stagner for 60 years.
Neil was in the Air Force for 4 years stationed in Germany as a draftsman.
Neil was employed by Bell Telephone Company, aka, Verizon for 35 years
They had five children: Neil, Jr., Lisa, Glen, Paul, and Carl
5 Grandchildren: Paul, Jr., Matthew, Justin, Alana, and Neil III
2 Great Grandchildren: Aidan & Verick
