Marie J. Santoro, 94, passed away June 16, 2008 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Chester, Pa.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa,
she was a resident of Wallingford, Pa, for the past 50 years. Prior to living in Wallingford she resided in Philadelphia.
She worked for Wallingford Elementary School in the cafeteria and the A&P Warehouse in the city of Yeadon, Pa, as a meat cutter for 15 years.
She was a member of St. John’s Chrysostom in Wallingford, Pa. She was the wife of the late James Santoro for 54 years and the devoted mother of James T. Santoro of California.
She was the sister of Joseph Bush of Drexel Hill, Pa, Jack Busch of Chestnut Ridge, Pa, and Edmund Bush of Middletown, De.
She was the grandmother of Jeffrey, Matthew, and Alisa and the great grandmother of Dublin James. Funeral service will take place Saturday 10 am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Friends may call Saturday 9am-10am at the Funeral Home.
Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
