Madlyn A. Swingle November 21, 1918 - August 26, 2010

Madlyn A. Swingle, age 91 died August 26, 2010 at her home in Upland, Pa. Born in Dunbar, Penna., she was a resident of Upland for 68 years. Employed with the Ship and Shore Company as a picker in Upland Pa., also a school bus aid for Chester Upland School district. A member of the board of election in Upland, Pa. for years. Madlyn had a love of bingo especially at St. James High School in Chester. Wife of the late Edward S. Swingle. Survived by sons Edward S. Swingle of Rochester, New York and Donald Swingle of Carlisle, Penna., Karen M. Edmundson of Trainer, Pa.,Roxanne Schupp of Brookhaven, Pa.. Funeral service Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home 4220 Edgmont Ave. Brookhaven, Pa. 19015. Interment S.S.Peter and Paul Springfield, Pa..
