John “Jack” Bresset III, passed away December 28, 2010 at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Media, Pa.
Born in Chester, Pa, he was formerly of Brookhaven, Pa, but has resided in Aston, Pa, for the last 40 years.
He was a graduate of the 1964 class of Sun Valley High School and graduated from Our lady of Angels (currently Neumann University) in 1976.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 926.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was predeceased by his mother, Margaret Bresset; his father John J. Bresset Jr.; and his stepfather George B. Howat; his brother Timothy Bresset.
He was the beloved husband of Linda Bresset (nee Whelan) for the last 29 years.
He was the loving father of John O. Bresset of Florida and Lisa Wood Giuliani of North Carolina.
He was the brother of George Howat of De., Sandy Weld of Rehoboth Beach, De, Sherry Robinson of Aston, Pa, Jean Cycyk of De, and Nancy Griffith of De.
He was the proud grandfather of Jason, Ryan, and John.
