Elizabeth “Betty” Baker March 24, 1921 - February 14, 2013

Elizabeth D. “Betty” Baker, 91, passed away February 14, 2013. Born in Chester, Pa, she was a long time resident of Brookhaven, Pa. She attended Immaculate Heart School. She was a volunteer at Crozer-Chester Medical Center for 30 years. She was an active member of Our Lady of Charity Parish, Brookhaven, Pa. She also loved playing the lottery and going to the casinos. She was predeceased by her husband John who passed away in 2002; her parents Ellen and Daniel Petillo; her brothers Daniel, Paul, Francis, Richard, and Robert; Sisters Theresa, Jane, Helen, and Miriam.

She is survived by her sons Richard (Gail) Baker of Brookhaven, John (Susan) Baker of West Grove, and Michael (Kaye) of Thornton; her grandchildren Kimberly, Daniel, Bryan, Jill, Kathleen, Michael, and Robert; great grandchildren Madelynne, Mason, and Conrad; brother-in-law Lloyd (Jean) Baker.

Funeral service Saturday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation 9:30am-11am at the funeral home. Interment Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, Pa. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Crozer Foundation, 1 Medical Center Blvd., Upland, Pa, 19015.
