Edward G. Leslie, Sr., age 79, of Chester, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021.He was born in Chester, PA, on March 5, 1942, the son of the late Charles Henry and Elizabeth Rosetta (Cummins) Leslie. Edward was a talented HVAC technician who enjoyed bowling, fishing, pinochle and exchanging jokes with his friends at the American Legion Post while enjoying his favorite green bottles. He also loved old movies and could spend hours watching them.He is survived by his daughter, Laura Leslie; and his son, Ned Leslie. He is survived also by his brother, Charles H. Leslie, his sister-in-law, Catherine (Behr) Leslie, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 9:00-10:30am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Avenue Brookhaven, Pa, 19015, followed by his funeral liturgy at 10:30am.Interment: Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, Pa.
