Edward G. Lamey Jr., 74, passed away suddenly at Underwood Hospital in Woodbury, NJ. Born in Chester, Pa, he was a life long resident of Folsom, Pa. He attended Chester schools and Ridley High School. He was a truck driver and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was also extremely devoted to his grandchildren. He was the loving husband of Ruth Lamey (nee Maher) for 42 years. He was the father of Michael Lamey of Folsom, Thomas Lamey of Ridley Park, and Heather Bruton of Milmont Park. He was the grandfather of 7. Funeral service will be held 12 pm Wednesday at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Friends may call Wednesday at the funeral home.
