Edna M. Kalitz January 20, 1940 - October 17, 2015

Edna M. Kalitz (nee Kerns), 75, passed away October 17, 2015 at Virtua Hospital, Voorhees, NJ. She had been a resident at Voorhees Care & Rehab Center. Edna graduated from West Catholic High School for Girls. She was a former member of Our Lady of Charity Church, Brookhaven, Pa. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert “Bob” Kalitz who passed away in 2011; her parents Margaret and William Kerns; and her sister Mary Amoro.

She is survived by her children Edna Mae (Richard) Harvey, Robert J. (Michele) Kalitz, Margaret Moore, John P. (Kelly) Kalitz, Lisa A. (late James) Graham, Regina M. Jackson; her siblings William (Sophie) Kerns, Francis (Joanne) Kerns, James (Patricia) Kerns, Gail (Thomas) DeSanto, Edward (Ruth) Kerns, and Thomas Kerns; grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday 10:30-11:30am at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Sewell, NJ, 08080. Followed by Funeral mass Thursday 11:30am at the church. Private interment at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
