Dianne Carrafa, age 69, longtime resident of Upland, Pa, passed away on August 15, 2013. Her grandchildren, Lindsey Rhoades, Melanie Beacroft, Bronwyn Thomas, and Renee McArdle were the light of her life. Dianne was predeceased by her parents Horatio and Violet Young; her brother Ray Young; and her sister Tina Johnson.
She leaves behind her sister Susan Scrafford; her children Jackie McArdle and husband Robert, Will Thomas and wife Cyndi, and Bonnie Rhoades.
Memorial service 8pm Monday at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Monday 6-8pm at the funeral home. Burial private. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be sent in Dianne’s name to Crozer Keystone Hospice, 5030 State Road, Suite 3001, Drexel Hill, Pa, 19026.
