I worked with Charlie on The Brookhaven Police Department from October 30, 1974 to July 15, 1977. Charlie was a great policeman who made a study of the Pennsylvania laws and knew them better than most. Charlie had a very dry sense of humor that was hilarious and he used it to keep everyone at ease at some of the horrific crime scenes and accidents we had to deal with over the three years we worked together. I stopped by his house from time to time and we always ended up retelling stories from the old days at Brookhaven PD. Charlie was a good friend who will be missed! RIP brother!
