Margaret “Marge” Evans, 78, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was a lifelong resident of Upland, PA. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and went on to babysit for multiple families over the span of 30 years.
Marge absolutely loved being surrounded by family and friends and enjoyed entertaining everyone at her house. She will be deeply missed by all that loved her.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, David B. Evans; parents Morris and Anne Albany; her sons David Evans and Michael Evans; her brother Morris Albany, Jr. and his wife Peggy, and her sister-in-law Mary Albany.
She is survived by her loving children Brian Evans (Michele) and Kelly Fucci (Dan); her brother Jack Albany; Sherri Evans; her grandchildren Brianna, Brian, Juliana, Luke, Michaela, and Daniela; her great grandchildren Briella, Lilliana, and Aria; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Thursday 11:30am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA, 19015 with a visitation starting at 10:00am.
Burial will be held privately.
