Lawrence H. Cheety, Jr., “Larry”, 56, passed away suddenly on January 25, 2026. Born in Chester, he was a graduate of Chichester High School, class of 1986. He was a long-time resident of Wilmington, DE, and just recently moved to Aston, PA. He was a beloved employee of the Penn Delco School District at Northley Middle School for 30 years.
Larry is predeceased by his parents Sarah and Lawrence, Sr.; his sister Tina Lessy; and his niece Ashley Dimeglio.
His is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Joeann Cheety; his half sisters Bobby Jean and Robin; and his nieces Heather and Tiffany.
Visitation: Saturday, January 31st from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA, 19015.
Funeral Service: Saturday, January 31st at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial private.
