Donald R. Cassidy, Jr., 75, passed away November 7, 2025, after a brief illness at Christiana Hospital. Most recently he was residing in Felton, DE, but was a long-time resident of Brookhaven, PA. He worked for Medford Foods as a truck driver for many years. Don enjoyed cheering on the Flyers and Phillies. He was a proud US Navy veteran and a loving grandfather who cherished his family, and his bright smile will be missed by all who knew him.
He is predeceased by his parents Donald and Madeline Cassidy.
Don is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Angel Cassidy; his loving daughters Rachel (Rob) Briggs and Amanda (Tyler) Conant; his grandchildren Jenica, Lucia, Bryson, and Valentina; and his sisters Janice Maloney (Tom) and Barbara Mitchell.
Funeral mass Friday 11am at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA, 19015 with a viewing beginning at 10am at the church. Burial SS Peter and Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA, 19063.
