Linda M. Bell February 8, 1955 - March 20, 2023

Linda M. Bell, age 68, of Upland, peacefully passed away at home on March 20, 2023.

Linda was a 1974 graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School and worked in the insurance industry as broker for her whole career. She was a lifelong Delco resident and enjoyed playing Bingo, lighthouses, trips to Amish country but most of all spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Miriam McGowan.

Linda is survived by her husband of 34 years, Kenneth D. (Ken) Bell, Sr. of Upland; stepson, Kenneth D. (Kenny) Bell, Jr. of Boothwyn; and grandson Mason Bell. Also surviving are her siblings, Carol Schroyer of Naples, FL; Margaret Brown of Selbyville, DE; John A. (Marybeth) McGowan III of West Chester; and Dennis McGowan of Media and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 7-9PM and on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 9-9:45AM at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Avenue Brookhaven, PA followed by her funeral service at 10:00AM.

Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 7-9PM and on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 9-9:45AM at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Avenue Brookhaven, PA followed by her funeral service at 10:00AM.

Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Linda was an amazing person and her passing leaves so many with a great loss, but we all have incredible memories of her life and she is in a beautiful place free from any pain. Though we are sad for ourselves, we need to be happy for her.
