John W. Sullivan April 18, 1938 - April 2, 2006

John (Jack) W. Sullivan, 67, passed away April 2, 2006 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Parkside, Pa. He graduated St. James High School in 1952 and graduated from LaSalle College in 1962. He was a history teacher at Clifton Heights High School from 1962-1969 and then went on to be Vice President of Personnel for Philadelphia Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company. He was also an active member of Our Lady of Charity Church. He was the loving husband of 44 years to Dorothy (nee Bakalar) Sullivan of Parkside, Pa. Survived by his children John Sullivan Jr. of Thornton, Pa, David Sullivan of Washington D.C., Roseanne Koberle of Monmouth Beach, NJ, and Carolyn Sullivan of Evans, GA. Also survived by his sisters, M. Patricia Schultz of Philadelphia, Pa, and Constance Sullivan of Royersford, Pa. He was the grandfather of 4.
