Jerome (Jerry) Hubis, 26, passed away September 10, 2006. Born in Chester, Pa, he was a life long resident of Parkside, Pa. Graduating from Sun Valley High School in 1998 he was employed with the Valero Refinery of Delaware City, DE, Net Versont of Aston, Pa, and the “Local 98” of Philadelphia, Pa. He was an avid Eagles fan and fisherman. He was the son of Jerry and Alma Hubis of Parkside, Pa. He was the brother of Matthew Hubis of Parkside, Pa, Jennifer Lesicko of Ridley Park, Pa, and Melinda Laird of Parkside, Pa. He also had several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Thursday 11:00 am at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Friends may call Thursday 9:00 am- 10:45 am at the church. Interment at S.S. Peter and Paul will be private. Donations can be made to the Our Lady of Charity Memorial Fund, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015.
