Diane K. Richter, 75, passed away May 22, 2015 at Lankenau Hospital. Born in Columbus, OH, she has been a resident of Brookhaven, Pa, for the last 49 years. She was a graduate of Springfield High School, class of 1958, and a graduate of the XRay Technician program at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital. She was a retired XRay technician working for both hospitals and private practices. Diane loved the beach and was an avid reader but above all else she loved being with her family and her beloved grandkids. She is predeceased by her parents Katherine and Elmer Compton and her sister Margie Lou Cain.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years William Richter Sr.; her sons William A. Jr. (Lisa) and Matthew Chad (Denise); her brother Timothy M. Compton; and her 5 grandchildren Seth, Chad, Caleb, Kailee, and Allie Grace.
Memorial service will take place Thursday 1pm at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Thursday 12-1pm at the funeral home. Interment private.
