Charles N. Barrows October 7, 1925 - April 18, 2005

Charles Barrows, 79, died April 18, 2005 at the Wallingford Nursing Home, Wallingford, PA. Born in Evansville, Indiana, he resided in Brookhaven, PA for the past thirty-three years. He was a former employee of the Penn Delco School District, a volunteer at Crozer Chester Medical Center, and a former employee of A&P Warehouse for twenty-eight years. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He was survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Nathalia “Nat” C. (nee Raykoski), of Brookhaven, PA. He was the brother of Maurice Barrows of Evansville, Indiana, Marsha Guillawn and Betty Gerbig of Evansville, Indiana. Funeral service will be held Friday 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Rd, Brookhaven, PA, 19015. Friends may call Friday 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA, 19015. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.
