Bella Schukraft Smith “Sis”, 91, passed away September 2, 2016 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. She was born in Brookhaven, raised in Rockdale, Pa, and lived her adult life in Upland, Pa. She was a dedicated home maker who loved taking care of her yard and decorating for every holiday. She was an extremely loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She will be deeply missed. Bella was predeceased by her parents Anna and Benhardt Schukraft; her daughters Donna Smith and Christine Mitchell; and her 6 siblings.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years Robert Smith; her daughters Ruth (Bill) Watson and Florence (Roman) Kramar; her son in law Gary Mitchell; her grandchildren Donna (Brian) Stoner, Bill (Dawn) Watson, Steve (Megan) Watson, Brian (Kim) Watson, Nick (Laura) Kramar, Rob (Renae) Kramar, Dan (Staci) Mitchell, Diane (Greg) Bianchi; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral service Wednesday 10:30am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation 9:30-10:30am at the funeral home. Burial Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, Pa.
